Move game file from downloads to correct folder android

Quick question though: I'm just trying to find out where to go on my Android Phone to copy the save files and paste them over to my tablet so that version of OpenMW can open them?

Please let me know if you have any problems with it. My command prompt said 'adb' is not recognized as an in operable program or batch file. Then the adb command should be recognized. From what I understood what you need is a File Browser on your emulator.
